I come to you in a 23' short school bus refitted to keep the cold foods cold and make the hot foods hot. It also provides a much-needed "short break" room, out of sight of camera. My movable buffet keeps everything "inside", so crew and food are both mobile and protected from all the glorious weather we expect in the Great Northwest!
